Rosa is hosting a special series of events showing off Italy’s illustrious and varied regions through the plate and the glass.
On Thursday the 18th of June, Rosa’s Canteen will explore the Alto Adige region with four courses of family-style sharing plates. Discover hidden stories and italian flavours dotted across this famous region.
Like Melbourne, the Alto Adige is a modern melting pot. Close to the German border this area is rich with Italian heritage, Germanic language and due to the high altitude, french grapes. This region makes beautiful cool climate whites like no other in Italy and is quickly becoming a new go to for hearty, robust reds.
